Constipation: Most of us has heard about this remedy, and believe it really works for mild constipation and diarrhea too. Banana possesses very low fat with benefit of dietary fiber that is very important for our digestion system.  Apart from this, the banana is full of Potassium, Manganese, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, and Phosphorus that help in diarrhea.

Kidney Cancer and Eye sight:  According to one survey, it is confirmed the banana prevents kidney cancer and also helpful in protect macular, a disease associated with eyesight.
Blood Pressure: Banana helps is lower blood pressure and also prevent heart attacks. It is also helpful for the disease of Blood sugar and also prevents nausea.

Skin: Banana contains an appropriate amount of vitamin C and helps to maintain natural glow of skin. It is used as face pack for health skin. Take a ripe banana and mix 1 tbsp sandalwood (chandan) Powder with half spoon honey, mix well and apply on your skin for 15 to 20 minutes, wash it with normal water and feel the change.

Hair: Banana is also used as hair mask that gives shine and extra strength boost to your hair. What you need to do take a banana mash it well in bowl add 1-2 tablespoons of honey. You can also add little almond oil. Apply it for 15 minutes wash off with normal water.
